If you  are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Ganpati Jewels within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling,  packaging, or other charges. Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders & custom made orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers which will be refunded via company check
The return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. *If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact  Customer Service department no later than 5 business days after receipt at service@ganpatijewelsjaipur.com .  If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact  Customer Service department immediately at service@ganpatijewelsjaipur.com

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.

You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from service@ganpatijewelsjaipur.com.  before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist  at service@ganpatijewelsjaipur.com to obtain an RFI number.

All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned

Return Instructions: Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Return for Inspection Number on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box

• Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork. .

• Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as EMS or Federal Express to the address . We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

  Non-insured packages will be returned to sender. I

• The RFI number must be written on the original invoice and on the printed return form.
